Reserved a can of clear laquer online. Change of circumstances meant I no longer required the can. Enquired about cancelling reserved item, Answer was to not worry and let it end the reserve time, what they don't tell you is about the constant email reminders to pick the item up and pay for it. Why not just have the oprion to cancel the reserve request?
