I ordered a part for next day I go to the store it wasn’t there told me to come back next day
I go back next day the system said yes it was in the staff member goes to the warehouse it’s not there
In need this part on day it said would arrive as it was for mot
We needed our car to take us to the airport for our holiday.
We had to hire a car so my wife and kids could still go
I then had to hire a car the next day to follow them
As the part still didn’t arrive
So this has cost us more money I would like compensation
