Parts arrived undamaged due to being delivered by Euro Parts staff I think - which is good. No contact at all though, and the website said 'delivered' in under an hour. So that's disconcerting. Didn't have to return anything this time, in the past it's been a nightmare and did vow not to use EP again... we'll see...
