Ordered item expecting to pick it up in 2 days time. No notification arrived, left it a couple more days and rang. No item so it was reordered. Still no notification so I rang again. Item had arrived and returned 24hrs later. So my item was reordered yet again and arrived the next day. Still no sign of a notification to tell me my item was ready for collection as promised. So an item that should've taken 2 days to arrive, took 2 weeks. Fortunately it wasn't urgently needed. Not a good experience
