The customer service at Your Hayes branch is utterly appalling 2 staff members could not bothered to order the part I needed after THE APP had a part that I was able to pay for, but didn’t exist, spent over an hour across 2 days waiting in a queue to be disappointed, they only have 1 computer working, and nobody wants to help anyone the staff are better off staying at home.
Now if it wasn’t for Ingrid at customer service who would not let me get angry, she done backflips and all sorts just to help me out,
Ingrid at customer services needs a pay rise, more holiday and everyone at euros need to be like Ingrid
