Went to collect item as email received to say collection ready. Travelled 1/2 hour to store to be told it’s not there and would be available the next day. Advised store to cancel the order and refund. Then checked my email and had a collection confirmation. I had to email the helpdesk to explain situation and after their “investigation” I received a return confirmation and refund was processed. Basically a complete waste of my time and stock levels are incorrect but I got my money back
