The first reason is your store told me about the item when it arrived. Perfectly fine, then they kept calling for the next 4 days over the weekend and left voicemails, they need to realise that customer is aware of the item they ordered. And will collect in their own time. Calling them will not make them to pick the item early. Second reason, when brought this issue with the person at the store, he was very rudely suggested that I should tell you myself. I am usually happy with a normal service and don’t really ask for exceptional customer service as I understand the work pressure, but this behaviour was quite out of order.
I ll try collecting it from a different store wherever possible. Thanks
