Very sorry to say the service is extremely slow, not the fault of the man at the counter (on his own). It is clear that the length of the queue doesn’t matter to the management. Also to add insult to injury a young man comes down puts an order on the counter and leaves whilst on the phone laughing and leaves. After waiting a while and queue not moving and people complaining I left, to find the young man outside still on the phone.
