This is the second time I have been to your store in Gravesend and had to wait a while. Waiting 5 possibly 10 minutes to be served is bad, having to wait 45 minutes is out right appalling. Especially when I had ordered the product online. The 1 and only member of staff that was serving didn't apologize for the fact I had to wait so long. You could also hear other members of staff behind the seans, when he could of asked for help. When I walked in there was only 5 customers in front of me, so you would of thought that the person behind the till area could of used there anishative and asked for help
