I ordered brake discs and pads on Monday, paid for them, and they said they’d arrive on Tuesday and that they’d call me. I went there on Tuesday – the parts hadn’t arrived. I went again on Wednesday – same story. I went on Thursday – same story again. I told them on Thursday that if the parts didn’t arrive on Friday, I no longer wanted them. Finally, on Friday around 1 PM, they called and said the parts had arrived. They never called me before that, which is why I went there every day. Boston Lincs depo 👎🏿
