Very poor customer service.
The staff member I dealt with was quite arrogant. Before purchasing, I specifically asked if I could return the item if it didn’t fit my car, and he assured me that I could. I checked it right outside the shop, and when I returned to let him know it didn’t fit, he suddenly refused to take it back, saying I had touched it and left fingerprints on it.
While I understand stores may have return policies, this should have been clearly explained beforehand. Had I known, I would have been more careful. Overall, the service was unprofessional and disappointing
