I have been a loyal Euro Car Parts customer for over 15 years, and I’ve always valued your customer service — which is why I chose you over other suppliers like Autotrader.
Recently, I ordered brake parts through my vehicle spares section, which clearly displayed the correct image for my car. However, the wrong parts were delivered. When I returned to exchange them for the correct brakes, I was charged an additional £17.
I found this extremely unfair. The error was not on my part, yet I had to pay extra. In the interest of customer fairness and accountability, this charge should have been waived. That’s what true customer satisfaction looks like and it’s what encourages repeat business.
Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing and has made me question my choice of supplier
