Correct parts, but extremely disorganised branch in parts collection process. Spent good 40mins for my parts to be brought to counter and to be called to the collection area although I could see my parts on the counter, when gave up waiting, approached myself and collected immediately as there was no other customers in front of me. Why does it take them so long to bring an online order? I placed an order on Friday, collected MONDAY, they falsely marked as collected Saturday. BAD experience. My order clearly was not ready for collection it had to be picked up after I turned up to collect it!
