I ordered a certain trim for my tyres and the company had sent out the wrong ones, however they were extremely apologetic in regards to this incident and offered some new ones - similar or the same style as to what i needed. I also ordered a front wiper and the tabs were damaged so it wasn't able to be used. However, the staff member there was very helpful and got me a new one from a better brand without hesitation.
