I've used Euro Car Parts at Wrexham branch for a number of years to buy parts for my 2017 Corsa.
Most of that time the staff have been pretty helpful. May I add that I am not a professional merely an enthusiast who has serviced and maintained his vehicles for over 50 years.
Only recently I had a problem in that I attempted to contact the sales staff on the desk but after 4 attempts telelphoning had to give up. There is some robotic system that frustrates that (i.e. press button 1 but not a clue what you will get, .....etc etc ,
All I wanted to know is if they sold spark plugs in boxes of 4, It is not clear on the website. Actually when I visited the store you have to specify the number of plugs as they are sold as individual items.
These things are frustrating. As is waiting in a queue just to collect an item already paid for online whilst the lone man on the till spends ages with a customer. There is a separate collection point at the Wrexham shop so someone in the back could bring out the paid for part.
Just little niggles but annoying. I travel a round trip of 22 miles to the Wrexham store and usually buy parts that if delivered would incur a delivery charge.
