Honestly... A shambles.
I ordered a part, said I can collect from nominated store 2 days later. I went to collect on day 3 and it still wasn't there. They said they'd order for delivery the same day and come back at 5pm. Still wasn't there. I went back a week later to get a refund and it still wasn't there. Just laughable. Hope I actually get a refund
