Guy at the desk was very helpful, efficient and friendly. I deduct one star because ECP is forever offering discount codes and ‘flash sales’ that are never anything more than a gimmick. I’d prefer it if they just offered better prices consistently - some items are quite highly priced compared to other retailers.
