Sadly, 'new' disc pads were in an open, dirty box, absolutely fithy and greasy, obviously returned after an attempted fitting. Appeared undamaged, so degreased them as I needed to get the job done. Would normally refuse items in such poor condition. Euro Car Parts usually pretty good, although overworked young man on his own can hardly keep pace in the shop.
