customer service lady is fantastic.
Just be careful where you park in Harold hill branch as there's not much parking and even though it's a business park, parking tickets are dished out like confetti! Yet another cash cow with ambiguous signage that basically says we can ticket you for anything other than parking in one of the very few bays for the particular store you're using. Most of them are taken up by Euro parts vans.
