First of all, after entering your registration it can be quite difficult to identify the correct part for your car, which can be confusing for anyone without much knowledge about cars. Secondly, when collecting an order in-store, there really should be a separate queue for Click & Collect customers. I used the Northampton branch and ended up waiting over 25 minutes in line for an item I had already paid for.
