I placed my order via your website 21/08/25 and received an email to say it would be available for collecting 22/08/25 and that I had 3 days to collect it. I was unable to collect it until 25/08/25 so called your helpline who said they would update the order so that I had until 26/08/25 to collect it. I went into the Farnborough branch 25/08/25 and they told me my order was not available until 26/08/25. Then I got an email on 26/05/25 to say my order had been returned which obviously wasn’t the case. I then called again 26/05/25 explaining the situation and was told the item was in stock and that I would have a week to collect it and the price was still the same. I then turned up at the branch 29/08/25 to collect it but the price had gone up. Not the greatest of experiences but John who I spoke to on the phone every time I called was very helpful and admit I have never had any issues before. The only difference between this order and all previous orders is this one I opted to pay for in store where as previously I have pre-paid online.
