I bought a tow bar bike rack, delivery was fast, communication was good but the product is no good. I could not get it to attach to my tow bar.
When I tried to arrange a return via their website the only option I could get was a store return, my nearest store is approximately a 45/50 minute drive each way. Instead I paid almost £8 to return via courier.
