My purchases in branch/click and collect etc are good, easy, no problem but not always convenient obviously. Purchases on line via subsidiary company Car Parts 4 Less not so good. On one occasion having made an error I had to cancel an order. This was cancelled immediately and well prior to dispatch. I was initially refunded the value of the product but not the additional £5.95 charged for next day delivery for an item that never left the shelf! On a further occasion having paid £5.95 for next day delivery on an order that qualify for free standard delivery(3-5 days) the item arrived after 4 days but which time I had travelled to the branch to purchase of the shelf. I was eventually fully refunded for the transactions but not without a lengthy email exchange. Euro Car Parts seem to have a good product range and competitive pricing, but the lesson I take from this is that the percieved convenience of the online purchase and delivery does not necessarily materialise that way and sometimes driving to the branch is a more dependable option.
