Appalling - I ordered a part for click and collect, no communication to say it was ready at all. So I went to the store to find a queue out the door and one person serving, so thought would try again later.
A couple of days passed and was surprised to receive an automated 'collection confirmation' email - even though I had not collected the part!
My card was charged of course for goods I had not received so am pursuing this further. AVOID this company.
