Disappointing experience I ordered car spare parts online, but when I went to the shop to collect them, wasn’t possible due to availability was offered a different choice . Wanted to cancel the order made online the store man said it’s impossible to cancel it beforehand. Given the inconvenience and lack of clarity, I'm giving this place 1 star. Maybe they can work on their online ordering and in-store communication to avoid similar issues in the future."
Haven’t received the refund yet it’s has been over 10days.
