4 stars because they’re usually pretty good. But this time, I order online, go to collect.. One guy in front of me. Staff walks to counter, does something at the desk, no acknowledgement. Walks off. Gone for 15 mins. Nope.. I’m off. Nobody’s got time for that! This is more of a dig at the staff member rather than the company. Maybe get better staff. That is all. (Bletchley Branch)
