Placed Click & collect (next day) order for parts and tools to replace discs & brake pads. Called ahead next day to ensure all parts had arrived and was assured whole order was ready. Arrived to be told that the discs were out of stock but the assistant replaced them with cheaper option and organised a refund for the difference. Half way through the task of replacing the first disc & pad it was apparent that a piece of the caliper compresssion tool I'd bought was missing, which rendered the tool unusuable. Solved the issue using other ad hoc tools to compress the caliper. So, not the best experience tbf but got the job done. The missing part, isn't worth the cost of the roundtrip to get a replacement.
