The box was opened so I asked for new one at the store. They said it would come by the afternoon. I said that I was happy to collect it from another store but could they ring in to say I was coming. When I got to the other branch no call had been made and I was asked to call myself. I told them to ring it took 30 minutes to sort the whole thing out. A lot of time wasted.
