Seems the delivery drivers have same problem contacting branch so use personal mobiles to colleagues. The automated phone system is TOTALLY USELESS - human contact helps both sides to resolve questions of all kinds. GO BACK TO THE HUMAN SYSTEM AND DITCH THE AUTO SYSTEM.
