Very disappointing experience with Euro Car Parts.
I placed an order online with a delivery timeframe of 4–5 working days, but it never arrived. I ended up having to go into the store myself to collect the items. To make matters worse, when I got there, the engine oil I had ordered wasn’t available. I was told I had to purchase a more expensive oil instead, costing me £20 more.
What’s the point of ordering online if the stock isn’t accurate or items go missing? On top of that, I couldn’t get a refund straight away and was told it would take another 5 working days, meaning I’ve effectively paid double for now.
Very poor service overall — unreliable delivery, inaccurate stock, and slow refunds. I won’t be ordering online from Euro Car Parts again
