I purchased oil for my car and paid for the next day delivery but it didn't even come within the time slot I was given. I contacted the customer services and was told that several colleagues had rung in sick so every thing was running behind. I was told that I was being refunded for the delivery and that the oil was going to arrive the next morning. The oil arrived the following day at 8:30am. So this is a reasonably good review.
