Order placed online and got email “” ready to collect “” Went to collect Bad customer service. They were busy on phone. First that took the payment without checking anything. After five minutes they came back and said they don’t have on of the items. Not helpful at all . And said I will get refund after 5 days. When I ask why did u take the payment first they said it’s their policy. They ware very rude . I have visited with my 10 years old daughter. Not a good experience for her.
