Initially I went into my local branch as the brake pads I wanted showed in stock. When I was told on arrival that they would be i the following day I was to say the least not impressed. I asked could they be delivered to save a trip and was told no.
I went home ordered online, free delivery and they arrived 18 hours later.
So shop performance absolutely dreadful & no help whatsoever , online performance outstanding.
Only be ordering online in future
