They are extortionists. Basically, materials cost a third of the price they charge - I've basically paid £10K for 2-3 days labour. No windows. Late. Incorrect installation. Poor finish. A hotbox of a garden room. Won't work as the gym I wanted to. If I want to simulate a night in the cells though, I'll only need to pop outside, so that' handy. Feel violated.
