Very poor service. Booked at trip by Eurohike but due to Crowstrike my flight was cancelled and I decided to cancel my trip. I contacted Eurohike to cancel - but there was no refund avaiable. Fair enough - a rule is a rule but it took less than 24 hours for them to cancel it all the way through. I asked them to send me my welcome pack - no response. I asked them again...and again. And then they promised to send it to me and asked for my address. Approx. 1 month later I contacted them again as I had not received anything. They answered that these things took time and that I should stop contacting them. Now 2 months later - still nothing. Extremely poor service towards somebody who had to cancel due to external factors. But I am just glad that I did not travel and had an injury. I would not trust these people to support me in times of trouble. Horrible...
