“Very poor service. Booked at trip by Eurohike but due to Crowstrike my flight was cancelled and I decided to cancel my trip. I contacted Eurohike to cancel - but there was no refund avaiable. Fair enough - a rule is a rule but it took less than 24 hours for them to cancel it all the way through. I asked them to send me my welcome pack - no response. I asked them again...and again. And then they promised to send it to me and asked for my address. Approx. 1 month later I contacted them again as I had not received anything. They answered that these things took time and that I should stop contacting them. Now 2 months later - still nothing. Extremely poor service towards somebody who had to cancel due to external factors. But I am just glad that I did not travel and had an injury. I would not trust these people to support me in times of trouble. Horrible...”
“Do not buy the camping GAS from eurohike, the smell from it is awful filled the tent with a petrol smell never had this before, its absolutely awful DO NOT USE THIS IF YOU HAVE YOUNG CHILDTRN OR ANIMALS!! It's a death treat, it took over 12 hrs to get rid of the smell, Never Ever Buying it Again!!”
“I ordered a eurohike inflatable 600 tent plus footprint and carpet with a 10 day delivery..... no updates given other than order... phoned for updates and told being picked... inform by Hermes that out for delivery.... delivery.... but only delivered the carpet and footprint NO TENT .. . Phone eurohike... who for your information are same as millets... and told tent out of stock..... what an absolute joke of a company... No TENT BUT FOOTPRINT AND CARPET FOR IT... absolute shocking communication and a holiday had to be cancelled 😒 my advice is shop somewhere Else 😑”

According to the little information provided to us, a EuroHike rep was supposed to meet us on day 1. When they didn't show up we called the emergency number and the employee told us there is no meeting with a rep on this tour. We had made arrangements to make it to this meeting on time only to find out there wasn't going to be one. Wrong information provided and we were still missing maps, luggage tags, hiking descriptions and train tickets. The employee on the phone said she would work on solving this. Not once were we contacted by EuroHike during the entire week! The other hiker on this tour had received a nice welcome package with maps, recommendations, luggage tags, train tickets and a scarf. We ended up having to use Google Maps as we were missing hiking descriptions and didn't have a map. We also paid for our own train tickets.
After the tour I contacted Customer Service asking to be reimbursed and also why nobody had contacted us during the tour. I was put on hold for 3 weeks as the CS person responsible for this tour was on holiday, in high season... During this time I received a link asking to submit my feedback, which I did. My feedback was never published and EuroHike responded that it is up to their discretion to publish the feedback or not. This means their feedback rating is FAKE as they only publish feedback that is to their liking!
Finally, when CS got back to me they were rude and dismissive and it took 6 emails from my side to finally get reimbursed for the train tickets 7 weeks after the tour! I'm still waiting on the map they promised they would send me...
Very disappointing and time-consuming experience. The hike itself was nice and EuroHike could have easily fixed these issues but they chose not to and therefore the very poor score.”
