My initial purchase was the 20 Gb download package. However, the download speed varied between 2Mbs and 0kb download. The average was about 50Kbs. This is very poor. At times, I wasn't able to update my PCs or even get into Emails. But, this is not the fault of Europasat, it's the satellite unable to cope with the traffic.
Thus after complaints, I was put onto the Pro 30 package which is less congested. This has revolutionised my Internet access and download speeds to a reasonable level. So, a very good response by Europasat. Now it's a normal service.
