Good sales experience with excellent delivery. Also very good technical support with swift clear answers.
However there was no clear installation instructions included as promised - no dvd, just a one page manual. The on-line video is only useful if you have a broadband network to start with!! The Iphone App is completely devoid if any instructions at all! If I did not hire someone to install the dish who had some experience with Tooway I would have been lost!! Also the router needed a computer with a DVD drive which not everyone has.
