I have been so impressed with the service from Trina, who was my first point of contact, down to the technical team who helped me with a small getting online problem. My outgoing provider quoted to me : all providers of this service are the same ! Well, I beg to differ and I will explain why. After 3yrs with my other provider and nearing contract renewal time, On telling them that I was going with another provider, they made it quite clear that they would lock my modem to themselves only, even after I had bought the system from them 3yrs prior. Trina has arranged for a pre loved system from yourselves to get me online with you, and I am very grateful.
