The technical department people are pretty good. They are not sales people but technically they know what they are talking about. One went. To some length s to help me work out what apps were draining my data allowance. They actually answered the phone on a Sunday morning. Those of us with no cable connections rely on Europasat and they have been pretty good. I would recommend them, particularly the technical chaps.
