Appalling customer service...
I am an existing customer, a small charity who are based in a remote part of Northumberland and have just upgraded to 100GB to ensure we don't lose our coverage
I have been on hold to customer service since 10.15am this morning, as advised by their hold message I have also left a message on their online chat service 57mins ago which is still showing 'not yet seen'!!!
Needless to say we are now looking at alternative providers as I write this review
