Since my review last week the hero of the day has to go to Phillip Legge, the Customer Service Manager who has gone the extra mile to correct the situation and retain our custom.
Without his intervention we would have left Europasat and found another supplier
I do hope they know how valuable an asset he is and invest in more like him
