Great at selling you product and once in, it all turns to rubbish. Support is poor, takes for ever and generally does not fix the issue. When finally, having concluded that the service was patchy and unreliable I decided to cancel, had to send registered mail request to cancel (email was not good enough). Then, after months I finally received acknowledgement, was told I had to dismantle their installation myself as they would not collect their own equipment.
Truly awful.
