I posted a comment recently saying my speed was 1.5Mbps and the best I'd had that week was was 8Mbps, they sorted swiftly and I even got the famous 20Mbps.
Since then it has gone up and down (mostly down).
20:55 2nd August my download was 139kbps
08:20 3rd August my download was 441kbps. 08:20am is not exactly peak time.
When I signed up the only negative reviews seemed to be mostly trivial problems, take a look at recent reviews, they say it all.
Anyone thinking of entering into a contract with this lot should stay well clear.
