TERRIBLE aftersales. Quick enough to sign us up and take payment then nothing at all to ensure the service is up and running after that. Not one bit of connectivity from them, and nobody is returning emails now despite being told 1 working day in each automated reply.
I don't understand how companies stay in business with such poor standards.
