I would like to give everyone a good advice : Look for companies who at least pretend (or actually do) give service. Europasat is technically average. Administration wise a disaster. GBs disapearing without being on line. Boosters are not activated. Boosters price and life time changed without notice. New (??! one year old) website does not give details of tickets, it's even not possible to make one. My system and support are no longer on the website as this is no longer available for sales, so if I need to check my consumption or other details forget it. Promisses, o ya a lot answers or solutions No. Customer service (Phillip Legge) silences when a (difficult) question is put on the table. Contracts (Kate Bellamy) prefers to handle each mail you sent as the first she sees from you, so answers??
