Been with is company for about 2 months and had broadband for less that half of that time. When I call I am on the phone waiting to speak to someone from Tech support for an hour at a time with the same message on loop! Strange how is you press to speak to sales it is through in 5 rings! Every time I am told I have exceeded my data however at the age of 60 the only thing I use it for is email and checking facebook. No downloading, no watching films or youtube NOTHING! HOW in Gods name can I be exceeding my data? They cannot even tell me what my data allowance is apparently. Stay clear and find yourself another company is my honest advice.
