The telephone was answered quickly,the chap i spoke with,name of Phil,,was exempliary in his helpfulness.I have had a great deal of unhappiness with Europasat in the last few months,but talking with Phil, has reinstated my confidence in the company,seriously.
I was more than happy to make payment,of the two outstanding invoices,and feel reassured that Phil, will actually do something about my complaint from July.
He is a great example of how to deal with clients,and i think he should be set out,by the company,as a training role model.Thank you
