You may get a semi-reasonable speed at the start of the contract but it rapidly drops until it is un-usuable. The customer service is appalling - promises of refunds take months and multiple emails/phone calls to eventually get action. Technical help (non native English speaker so very difficult to understand and generally works by reading from a script) advise purchasing different equipment (at the cost of £200) that makes no difference whatsoever. Almost a year after we stopped being able to use it, we are still receiving demands for money we do not owe! All in all, a total shambles.
