I have been with Europasat since 2013, at which point they seemed to have an appropriate number of staff for the customer base.
Since then, it has been downhill all the way - I have no idea how many days of my life have been spent listening to their hold message and, when you do get through it appears that most of the staff are either new or clueless.
Europasat are simply resellers for the AstraConnect service and do not offer any kind of value-add, just a complete lack of customer service.
Time to start looking elsewhere...
